Booking From the UK — Step-by-Step for First-Timers

Everything a first-time UK visitor needs to know: payment, paperwork (none), flights, gear, what to bring, what to leave.

If this is your first time booking a shooting weekend abroad, the process is simpler than you expect. Here is the whole thing, in order.

1. Pick your dates

Wrocław is a 2-hour direct flight from Stansted, Luton, Gatwick, Manchester or Edinburgh on Ryanair and Wizz Air. Flights run daily; weekend prices climb as the date approaches, so book 4–6 weeks out.

A Saturday-only range day works. A Friday-evening to Sunday-afternoon weekend works better — you fit two range sessions and a Wrocław Old Town evening.

2. Pick your package

The four most common first-time options:

Pistol Half Day — [Glock 17](/shoot-glock-poland), 100 rounds, holster work, €80
Combine Half Day — Glock + AR15, 150 rounds total, €130
Full Day Pistol + AR15 + AK47 — €180, the most popular
2-Day Private Coaching — €450/day, 1-on-1 instructor

3. Contact us — no deposit games

Message us through the contact form with your dates, group size and chosen package. We confirm by email within 24 h. A small deposit (10–20%) holds the slot; the balance is paid on the day in EUR or PLN, card or cash.

4. Paperwork — none

No Polish firearms licence required. You shoot under our commercial school authorisation, with an instructor at all times.
No UK paperwork required. Your SGC, FAC or lack thereof is irrelevant.
No visa. UK passport gets you 90 days visa-free in the Schengen area.
Bring: valid passport. That is it.

5. Flights and transfers

Book Ryanair or Wizz to WRO (Wrocław). From the airport, options:

Rental car — €30–€60/day, all majors in terminal.
Our transfer service — flat per-vehicle rate, up to 4 pax, we meet you in arrivals.
Train + taxi — train to Brzeg (45 min), taxi to range (15 min).

6. Hotel

Two choices:

Wrocław Old Town — Puro, Altus, IBB. £60–£120 / night. Best for evenings out.
Near the range — quiet rural inns, £40–£60 / night. Best for sleep.

7. What to bring

Closed-toe shoes (trainers fine)
Long trousers and a t-shirt with a high crew neck (no V-necks — hot brass goes there)
A baseball cap
Your passport
That is it. Eye pro, ear pro, firearms, ammo and everything else is provided.

8. What to leave at home

Tactical clothing or camo (we shoot in normal clothes)
Your own ammunition (illegal to fly with)
Your own firearm (possible but rarely worth the paperwork for a weekend)
Worries about the language — every instructor speaks English

9. On the day

Arrive on site, sign the standard liability waiver, get your eye and ear pro, attend the safety brief, then start shooting. Lunch is provided on full days. Coffee, water and snacks throughout.
