From Wrocław Airport (WRO) to Our Range — A 45-Minute Drive

Step-by-step transfer guide from WRO airport to our shooting range in Pawłów. Driving, taxi, train and arranged pickup options.

Wrocław–Copernicus Airport (WRO) is the closest international gateway to our range. The drive is 45 minutes door-to-door if you skip the city centre. Here is exactly how to do it.

    The route

From WRO, take A4 east in the direction of Opole / Kraków. Exit at Brzeg, then follow signs for Pawłów (49-300). The road is fast motorway almost the whole way.

    • Distance: ~70 km
    • Time: 45–55 minutes
    • Tolls: none on this section
    • GPS: the exact range pin is shared after booking

    Your transport options

    1. Rent a car at WRO

The cleanest option. All major rentals (Hertz, Europcar, Sixt, Avis, local players) are inside the terminal. Expect €30–€60/day for a small car. You'll want the car anyway if you plan to stay in Wrocław or sightsee.

    2. Arranged transfer

We arrange door-to-door pickup from WRO or any Wrocław hotel. Tell us your flight number when booking — the driver tracks the arrival, meets you in the terminal with a sign, and drives directly to the range. Cost: a flat per-vehicle rate, splitable across a group up to 4 people.

    3. Train + short taxi

Wrocław Główny → Brzeg by direct train (45 min, ~€5). Then a 15-minute taxi from Brzeg station. Works well if you are coming from Wrocław city centre rather than the airport.

    4. Drive from elsewhere in Europe

    • Berlin: 4 h via A4
    • Prague: 3.5 h via D11 + A4
    • Dresden: 3 h via A4
    • Warsaw: 4 h via A2 + A1

    When to arrive

    • Half-day course (4 h): arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start.
    • Full-day course (8 h): arrive at 8:30 for a 9:00 brief. Coffee provided.
    • Group bookings: we coordinate one combined arrival window.

Where to stay the night before

If you have an early start, Brzeg has clean budget hotels at €40–€60/night. For a better stay with restaurants and bars, base in Wrocław (60 min away) — see our plan-your-trip guide for hotel suggestions across price brackets.

    Common questions

Can I shoot on the same day I land? Yes, easily, if your flight lands before 13:00 — a half-day session starting at 15:00 fits comfortably.

Do I need a Polish phone? No. The driver and the range team speak English. WhatsApp works for coordination.

Can I bring luggage to the range? Yes — we have a secure room. Many visitors fly in, shoot, then drive straight back to the airport.
