The Best Shooting Range Near Wrocław — A Visitor's Guide
Where to actually shoot near Wrocław. City ranges vs our outdoor tactical facility 45 min from WRO airport, with prices, drills and what you'll fire.
If you've searched "shooting range Wrocław", you've probably found a handful of small indoor city ranges, most capped at 25 meters, most renting a single pistol for a 20-minute slot. That's fine for ticking a box. It is not training, and it is not a serious shooting experience.
There is a better option 45 minutes east of Wrocław Airport (WRO): a full outdoor tactical facility in Pawłów, Opolskie, with a 300 m rifle line, multiple pistol bays, a CQB shoothouse and night-vision lanes. It is where serious shooters from the Wrocław region — and from Berlin, Prague and the UK — actually go.
What's wrong with city ranges in Wrocław?
Nothing, if you want a short novelty shoot. But you should know what you are paying for:
- Indoor, 25 m maximum. No rifle distance worth the name.
- Tourist packages. 25–30 rounds, 15–20 minutes on the line, group of strangers behind you.
- No holster work. Insurance restrictions on most city ranges forbid drawing from a holster.
- No movement, no transitions, no CQB. Anything dynamic is off the table.
If you wanted a real range day — the kind that actually teaches you something — you've been driving 90 minutes too short.
What you get at our range outside Wrocław
- Outdoor bays + 300 m rifle line. Reactive steel at 100, 200 and 300 m for the AR15 and AK platforms.
- Holster draws, transitions, movement, malfunction drills. Legal here. Coached one-on-one.
- Real platforms. [Glock 17](/shoot-glock-poland) / 19 / 34, CZ Shadow 2, AR15 in 5.56 NATO, AKM in 7.62×39, precision bolt-action, shotguns.
- Small groups, professional pace. A half-day session is 200+ rounds, not 30.
