Terms and Conditions

§ 1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions define the rules for using the online store operated by STRZELNICA TAKTYCZNA PAWŁÓW Sp. z o.o., headquartered at ul. Poligonowa 1, 49-300 Pawłów, Tax ID (NIP): 9121933178, REGON: 388640026, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller.”

All names, logos, and trademarks appearing on the website are the property of the Seller and may not be used without prior consent. Customers are entitled to use the online store, make purchases, and participate in shooting courses in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms and Conditions.

§ 2 How to Purchase a Selected Service

Purchasing a reservation service involves the following steps:

  1. Add the desired service to your cart.
  2. Select a convenient date and time for the service.
  3. Provide your first and last name, email address, and phone number.
  4. If purchasing on behalf of a business, indicate that you need an invoice and provide the necessary details.
  5. Accept our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
  6. Choose one of the available payment methods and complete the payment.

After we accept your order, you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase and, if applicable, an invoice from our contractor. Use our calendar to book a service date. You can reschedule the service up to 24 hours before the scheduled date by contacting our contractor directly during their working hours as published on their website.

§ 3 Payments and Delivery

  1. All course prices are quoted in PLN, inclusive of VAT.
  2. The total order price includes the item price and, if applicable, delivery charges as displayed in the store.
  3. Payments can be made using the following methods:
    • Bank transfer to the Seller’s account.
    • Visa or Maestro credit/debit cards.
    • PayU payment platform.
    • BLIK.
    • PayPal payment platform.

After initiating payment, you will be redirected to the payment intermediary’s website, where they will become the Administrator of your personal data. Once the payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email from the payment intermediary.
Depending on the chosen payment method, online payment processing may be handled by PayU S.A., PayPal, or AutoPay. If you use the Paynow payment gateway for card transactions, AutoPay S.A. will handle the online payment processing.

§ 4 Right of Withdrawal

  1. Customers have the right to withdraw from a remote agreement without providing a reason within 14 days of the agreement date.
  2. If you purchase a service as a consumer, you may exercise this right within 14 days of the purchase date. In this case, the sales price will be refunded within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. Please notify us in writing or via email using the contact details provided in §1.
  3. Refunds will be made using the same payment method unless you explicitly agree to a different method that does not incur additional costs.

Due to the nature of the services offered, services, service packages, and vouchers cannot be returned after being used on the selected date. This is in accordance with Article 38(1) of the Consumer Rights Act, which states that the right to withdraw from a remote agreement is not available after the service has been performed.

§ 5 Complaints

  1. If a product is defective, the customer may file a complaint based on the warranty or guarantee, if applicable.
  2. Using the warranty, the customer can:
    • Request a price reduction.
    • Withdraw from the agreement in the case of a significant defect.
    • Request a replacement of the product.
    • Request the defect be rectified.

§ 6 Privacy Policy

The Seller is the data controller for all personal data provided by the Buyer during store usage. Detailed information on personal data processing, including purposes, legal bases, and data recipients, is available in the Privacy Policy.

§ 7 Important Information Before Purchase

  1. Service delivery times begin after successful payment authorization.
  2. Before purchasing, review the service details and the provider’s Terms and Conditions. Some services may require criteria such as a minimum age or sobriety.

§ 8 Final Provisions

  1. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be effective upon publication on the store’s website.
  2. Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions are subject to the provisions of the Civil Code and other applicable Polish laws.
