Glocks worden in Oostenrijk gemaakt, maar kosten meer in Europa, en je hebt een wapenvergunning en maanden aan papierwerk nodig om er een te kopen. Hier laat je gewoon je identiteitsbewijs zien en schiet je.

The Glock is the most-issued service pistol on earth. Roughly two thirds of American police departments carry one, and it is in the holsters of the British SAS, Polish GROM, the FBI and dozens of European tactical units. If you only ever shoot one handgun in your life, this is the one that defines the modern standard: striker-fired, polymer-framed, no external safety, and famously indifferent to weather, dust and neglect.
The problem for most European shooters is access. In the UK, centrefire handguns have been effectively banned for civilians since 1997. In France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain and Ireland, a pistol means a licence, a club membership, a waiting period and, in most cases, a hard ban on the drills that make pistol shooting interesting — drawing from a holster, moving between targets, shooting on a timer. Poland is the exception: at a licensed range, a visitor with photo ID can shoot under instructor supervision with no permit of any kind.
That legal difference is why our Glock sessions look nothing like a static indoor lane. You start with grip, stance and sight picture at 7 metres, work into controlled pairs, then transition to drawing from a duty holster (belt and holster are provided with every pistol rental). From there it is target transitions, reloads, malfunction clearing and — for most visitors, the highlight — reactive steel plates that ring when you hit them. Everything happens with one instructor, one shooter, and immediate correction after every string.
We run Glock 17 as the default: full-size, 9×19 mm, 17-round magazines, the duty configuration. The Glock 19 compact and long-slide Glock 34 are available on request, and because we hold over 100 firearms on site you can put the Glock side by side with a CZ Shadow, a 1911 or an AR15 in the same afternoon. A shooter arriving with no experience at all normally prints a tight, repeatable group inside the first hour.
All prices are the range's published rates. Build your own session, or take a structured course where everything is bundled.
Firearms are always rented for a class or private class — shooters must be under instructor supervision at all times. Cash in złoty or euro, or card.
Both are in our armory and both can be shot in the same session. This is how they differ on the line.
| Glock 17 | CZ Shadow | |
|---|---|---|
| Werkingsmechanisme | Striker-fired, consistent trigger every shot | Hammer-fired, single/double action |
| Frame | Polymer, light, forgiving to carry | Steel, heavy, soaks up recoil |
| Best for | First-timers, duty/tactical drills, holster work | Competition accuracy, IPSC-style shooting |
| Recoil feel | Snappier, more muzzle flip | Flatter, very controllable |
| Real-world relevance | Issued to police and military worldwide | Dominant on European competition stages |
If this is your first serious pistol session, start with the Glock 17 — it is the platform you have seen your whole life and the skills transfer everywhere. Add 50 rounds through a CZ Shadow at the end and you will feel exactly what a steel competition frame does to recoil.
