Kraków Shooting Range?Shoot on a Real Tactical Range Instead

Kraków's city ranges are 25 m indoor tunnels and 20-minute tourist packages. Poland Shooting Center is an outdoor tactical facility — 300 m rifle line, CQB shoothouse, full auto and .50 BMG — 3 hours west of Kraków on the A4. No licence, no paperwork, English instructors.

    Why Shooters Drive From Kraków

    Training, Not a Tourist Attraction

If you want to fire a few rounds indoors, stay in Kraków. If you want to actually learn to shoot a pistol and a rifle under pressure, this is the range worth the drive.

    Outdoor range, not a 25 m basement

Kraków city ranges are indoor tunnels capped at 25 m. We run multiple outdoor bays, a 300 m rifle line, a CQB shoothouse and a night-vision lane.

A full training day, not 20 minutes

Tourist packages in Kraków give you 30 rounds and a photo. Our classes are half-day and full-day live-fire courses with a real curriculum.

    Competition-grade facility

We host Tactical Games Poland, IPSC, PCSL, IDPA and Steel Challenge. You shoot on the same range the competitors use.

    English-speaking instructors

Former military and competitive shooters — patient with complete beginners, demanding with experienced shooters.

    FAQ

    Shooting Near Kraków — Questions

Is there a real tactical shooting range near Kraków?

Kraków itself has small indoor ranges built for short tourist shooting packages. For outdoor tactical training — holster work, movement drills, rifle at 300 m, full auto and .50 BMG — the closest full-scale facility is Poland Shooting Center in Pawłów (49-300), about 3 hours west of Kraków on the A4.

How far is Poland Shooting Center from Kraków?

Roughly 3 hours by car on the A4 motorway, or a train to Opole/Brzeg plus a short taxi. Wrocław Airport is only 45 minutes away if you are flying rather than driving.

What is the difference between a Kraków shooting package and your courses?

A Kraków package is typically 25 m indoor, 30–50 rounds and about 20 minutes on the line. We run half-day and full-day live-fire courses: fundamentals, drawing from a holster, reloads, transitions, movement and precision rifle work — with the same instructor all day.

Do I need a gun licence or permit as a tourist?

No. Polish law allows non-residents to shoot any firearm at a licensed range under instructor supervision. You only need a valid ID or passport. See our guide to Poland gun laws for tourists.

Can I shoot an AK47 or full auto near Kraków?

Yes — at our range. We run live-fire full auto AR15 and AK47 for visitors, no licence required, always under instructor supervision.

    How much does it cost?

Pistol and AR15 classes start at 1 200 PLN per shooter with firearm rental and ammunition included. The 3-day Pistol & Rifle Combine is 7 000 PLN with 1 000 rounds, and private instruction is 425 PLN per hour.

Is it suitable for complete beginners?

Yes. Most of our visitors have never held a firearm. Every course starts with a safety briefing and fundamentals before any live fire, and instructors teach in English.

Can we come as a stag do or corporate group from Kraków?

Yes — group packages from 6 to 30 people, with transport, catering and a full programme. See our bachelor party and corporate event pages.

    What are your opening hours?

Seven days a week, 09:00–18:00, by appointment. Book ahead to guarantee instructor availability.

    What should I bring?

A valid ID or passport, closed shoes and clothing you can move in. Eye and ear protection, belt, holster, firearms and ammunition are all provided.
