1. Scope
This policy applies to course bookings, range sessions and gift vouchers purchased from [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] on polandsc.com.
2. Right of withdrawal
For leisure services booked for a specific date or period, the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply (Art. 38(12) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).
