Why Shoot the Škorpion vz. 61 in Poland?
The Škorpion vz. 61 is the legendary Czechoslovak machine pistol of the Cold War. Designed in 1961 for tank crews, officers and security forces, it is small enough to carry like a pistol yet fires on full auto — one of the most recognisable guns ever made.
It fires the small .32 ACP (7,65 mm Browning) cartridge from a 20-round magazine at around 850 rounds per minute. Recoil is light, but the tiny gun buzzes in your hands — a completely different feeling from a modern submachine gun.
Your session starts with a safety brief and single shots, then short bursts and a full 20-round magazine on steel, with an ex-military instructor beside you the whole time.
Many visitors shoot the vz. 61 back to back with its modern successor, the CZ Scorpion EVO 3, or with the UZI and PPSh. No licence needed — in Poland you can.

- All visitors MUST bring a valid ID or passport.
- Minimum age 18 without a guardian; under-18s may shoot with a parent or legal guardian present.
- No alcohol or drugs before or during shooting. Every shot is fired under direct instructor supervision.
