IPSC Training & Competition Shooting in Poland
IPSC (International Practical Shooting Confederation) is the largest practical shooting sport in Europe: freestyle stages scored on accuracy, power and time. We train IPSC skills and host practical matches on our range near Wrocław — no Polish gun licence required.
The format
- • Freestyle stages — you choose your own order and movement
- • Comstock scoring: hit factor = points ÷ time
- • Paper targets, steel poppers, no-shoots and hard cover
- • Divisions: Production, Production Optics, Standard, Open, Classic
Equipment you need
- • 9 mm pistol (rental available) with 3+ magazines
- • Sturdy belt, rigid holster and magazine pouches
- • Eye and ear protection (provided on site)
- • Closed shoes and a cap; range clothing you can move in
How we train it
- • Draw, grip and first-shot speed from the holster
- • Transitions between targets and shooting on the move
- • Reloads, position entries and exits, stage planning
- • Live stage runs with timer and hit-factor debrief
Questions
Do I need a gun licence to train IPSC in Poland?
No. You shoot under instructor supervision with our rental firearms, so no Polish permit is required. Bring a valid ID or passport.
Can complete beginners start with IPSC drills?
Yes. We start with safe gun handling and a static pistol session, then add movement and stage work once the fundamentals are solid.
What does an IPSC training day cost?
A private instructor is 425 PLN per hour (around 100 €); pistol rental is 220 PLN per day (around 50 €) and 100 rounds of 9 mm is 170 PLN (around 40 €).
